Apalohera was born from family, land, and tradition. Our roots are in Greece — not just historically, but personally. Our family comes from there, and many still live and work on that same land today. Olive trees are not an idea to us; they are part of our everyday life, our food, and our culture. Apalohera is our way of honoring that connection by sharing olive oil the way it was meant to be experienced: pure, honest, and deeply nourishing.

We personally seek out certified-organic extra virgin olive oil from trusted Greek growers and mills who prioritize early harvest olives, cold-press extraction, and careful handling from grove to bottle. Our focus is on high-polyphenol olive oil — oil that is alive with natural antioxidants and unmistakable in flavor.
