Pure and Uncompromised Olive Oil

SCROLL

Olive oil is more than an ingredient — it is nourishment and tradition. At Apalohera we hand-harvest centuries-old groves in Greece and cold-press within hours. Nothing added. Nothing altered.

From Mount Ainos, with patience.

Every side tells the same story.

Nothing added. Nothing altered.

[01]

Our trees are the silent heroes of the Ionian coast — some over four hundred years old, working through every season to concentrate sunlight into fruit.

[02]

Great oil requires only three things: healthy fruit, careful hands, and speed. We harvest by hand and press within hours, never days.

[03]

Cold extraction below 27°C preserves the polyphenols, the peppery finish, and the vivid green hue that industrial oils lose.

[04]

Caring for your kitchen made easy. One estate, two expressions, zero compromise.

About us

We Share Your Table

Apalohera exists because we believe olive oil should be created, not manufactured. Our family grove on the Ionian coast has fed generations; every autumn we harvest by hand, press within the day, and bottle nothing but the juice of the olive. Like the people we share it with, it is honest, unfiltered, and full of life.

“Exactly as nature intended — that isn’t a slogan, it’s the entire recipe.”— The Apalohera family
